Meditations in Dove Cottage

FreeEileen Pun, a local resident, will be leading an afternoon exploring tai chi and meditative arts in Dove Cottage Gardens. The sessions will also include Chinese tea and the option of journal writing after the exercises. There will be workshops every fortnight which are all free.
